Package Tours & Activities
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour start date are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
For tours or activities requiring third-party services (e.g., flight tickets), refunds may vary based on the third-party provider’s policy. In such cases, costs may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
Requests for amendments are subject to availability and may incur price changes.
Private and Small Group Tours & Activities
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start date are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start date are non-refundable.
For tours or activities involving third-party services (e.g., flight tickets), refunds depend on the third-party provider’s policy. Costs may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
Amendments to private tours may incur an administrative fee of up to 25%.
Changing Tour or Activity Dates
If you reschedule a tour or activity to a later date, the original date will apply for cancellation purposes.
If you reschedule a tour or activity to an earlier date, the new date will apply for cancellation purposes.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. This applies to any participant who fails to arrive on time or misses the tour departure.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy
