Booking and Reservations
All bookings made through www.viatimetravel.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
You must provide accurate personal information (name, contact, payment details) to confirm your reservation.
A booking is only confirmed when full payment has been received, and you get a booking confirmation via email.
Viatime Travel Istanbul may refuse any booking for reasons like pricing errors, availability, or fraudulent activity.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.
Prices are listed in [currency], and transactions will be processed in this currency.
Prices may change, but once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will be honored.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
In cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Viatime Travel Istanbul may cancel or reschedule your cruise. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days.
Use of Website
You agree to use www.viatimetravel.com for lawful purposes only.
Harmful or offensive content, including viruses or malware, is prohibited.
Any content submitted (reviews, testimonials) must be accurate and free of inappropriate material.
